Liquid papain is widely used in meat tenderization, beer chill-proofing, protein hydrolysis, baking, and various technical and fermentation-based processes where controlled protein breakdown is critical. We offer three distinct grades based on sulphite content to meet global regulatory needs and customer-specific applications
• Regular Grade (60 TU – 200 TU) – Versatile for general-purpose food and industrial use.
• Low Sulphite Grade (60 TU – 150 TU) – Tailored for low-preservative formulations.
• No Added Sulphite – Ideal for sensitive food/beverage applications where sulphite content must remain under 10 ppm.
Each batch undergoes rigorous in-house lab testing to meet exacting standards in activity, pH stability, microbiological safety, and custom concentration requirements.
