The Aspire Biozymes(TAB) was founded with a focus to deliver quality papain with the help of professionals having over 50 man years of experience in producing papain. With their sincere efforts we are able to produce the best quality papain products consistently. We analyze the raw materials and process chemicals diligently at our in-house laboratory to confirm that they adhere to the required quality standards. We source our production, laboratory chemicals and consumables from reputed companies with required internationally accredited quality certification.

Our in-house R&D lab is equipped with pilot scale plant of our production machineries. In our R&D lab we continuously try to improve our production process to make it more efficient and environment friendly.

Being a socially responsible company TAB has invested in the latest technology effluent treatment plant(ETP) to ensure that our production waste is properly processed, neutralized and discharged so it does not cause any harm to the environment. Through our continuous R&D we have reduced our waste generation and have committed ourselves to keep innovating ways to reduce waste generation that impacts our environment.

Applications

Papain a natural plant protease is used for several applications

In brewing, papain is used to digest excess proteins after fermentation there by controlling chill haze and foam. The enzyme is capable of digesting dissolved proteins with amino acids as a by-product and thus increasing the clarity of beer. It is suitable for chill proofing in brewing and other applications in the food industry.

Beer Chill Proofing and Haze Prevention

Tenderness is the most preferred physical quality of a meat product. Papain a proteolytic enzyme is used as meat tenderizer. The main ingredient of most powdered tenderizers is papain. Papain protease enzyme attack the muscle fibers and the collagen webs that holds them together. This softens the meat and makes it more tender.

Papain allows pets to easily absorb food nutrition, reduces allergies in pets, improves the palatability of the feed product. Papain as a proteolytic enzyme reduces the digestive load on the animal’s gastrointestinal tract and helps in absorption rate of nutrients.
